At Containers Exchange, we offer delivery services for shipping containers as an added convenience for our customers. All deliveries are handled by trusted, independent third-party carriers. Typical delivery times range from 7–10 business days after purchase, depending on your location and delivery conditions.
We offer two main delivery options:
Shipping container delivery requires the use of large trucks and trailers, which may weigh over 30,000 lbs and measure up to 70 feet in length.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery route and drop-off area are safe, accessible, and suitable for delivery.
Customers must confirm the site can safely accommodate the truck and trailer without risk of getting stuck, causing injury, or property damage.
Any additional fees incurred due to site access issues including dry run charges, towing, or detention time will be the customer’s responsibility.
Containers Exchange is not liable for any losses or delays caused by delivery complications.
Deliveries may be postponed or canceled without any charge if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $300 cancellation fee.
Containers Exchange currently provides delivery services across the United States and Canada. We do not offer direct international shipping; however, we can provide certified containers for export and connect you with freight forwarding companies for international arrangements.
By arranging delivery or pick-up through Containers Exchange, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for site accessibility and delivery readiness. Containers Exchange and its affiliates shall not be held liable for damages, delays, or losses resulting from delivery services provided by third-party carriers.
